FORT WORTH - An Amber Alert has been issued for an 11 year old North Texas girl who was allegedly kidnapped by her mother in Fort Worth.
Jessica Smith is white, 5’ 1’’ tall, weighs about 120 and has brown eyes and straight brown hair that goes just passed her shoulders.
43-year-old Kimberly Smith is believed to be driving a silver Mazda with Texas license plate BMZ-390 and a Harley-Davidson bumper sticker.
