COMMERCE - Then what is the mysterious plant, as seen in this youtube video, pulled from a planter near the Texas A&M University-Commerce Field House Thursday?

Lt. Jason Bone, crime information officer with the University Police Department, tells us “You can clearly see from the video that it is not a marijuana plant.”
The video, titled “Campus Police, Marijuana Harvest,” was published Thursday by joewhinery. It shows a campus policeman pull the roughly three foot tall plant from the dirt.
Bone says they’re looking into what type of plant it is.
In an email Friday morning, Bone said, “I have not spoken to the officer involved, but I am speculating that he took it out of the planter because we had two calls about it yesterday.”
