PARIS - A global contact company with more than a decade of service in Paris is closing its operation by the end of the month.

Wilmington, Delaware-based TCIM Services filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in early June.

A release obtained by the Paris News states:

“Due to its ongoing efforts to restructure and based upon its current economics, the company will wind down operations at this location and consolidate positions in other centers in Texas and Oklahoma."

The newspaper reports Founder Linda Drake said the operation has less than 100 full-time employees. A year and a half ago, before the company began to experience revenue loss; there were four times that many employees.

“TCIM will work with remaining employees to allow for an orderly transition and intends to offer some incentives to critical staff.”

According to their website, TCIM "has delivered quality innovative and flexible contact center solutions to meet our customers strategic program needs for over 20 years."

The company also has offices in Longview, three in Oklahoma and one in Arizona.
