A life sentence without the possibly of parole awaits former Hopkins County jail escapee Brian Allen Tucker.
Tucker has been charged with capital murder, theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, burglary of a habitation and escape.
Tucker, who was recently captured in Cooper after escaping from Hopkins County jail, was sentenced
Tucker to 25 years in prison for a theft charge, 25 for a burglary charge, 20 for unauthorized use of a motor
vehicle, 25 years for the escape and life in prison for his role in the death of Bobby Riley.
