KETR observing 40th anniversary in 2015

KETR general manager Jerrod Knight says KETR will observe its 40th anniversary in April of this year, with plans being developed for the observance.  And Jerrod discusses a listener survey that has recently been completed, and plans for a new "Community Partners" campaign.
