Bonham recovering from flooding, dealing with mosquitoes

Bonham Mayor Roy Floyd discusses the recent flooding in the city, which led to Bonham being declared a state and federal disaster area.  Because water is still standing, the city will spray for mosquitoes this week.  And the mayor says Bonham has hired a new city manager, Sean Pate, a native of Gladewater, to succeed Bill Shipp.
