Stay Within An Arm's Length Of Children In The Water

Kim Saenz, the director of the Hunt Regional Emergency Medical Centers in Commerce and Greenville, says one in four deaths of children one to four years old is due to drowning.  Kim says parents and other adults should never be more than an arms length away from children in the water.
