Kim Saenz, the director of the Hunt Regional Emergency Centers in Commerce and Quinlan, says Hunt Regional conducts regular Hazardous Vulnerability Assessments, or emergency drills, to prepare for likely emergency situations that would hit the area. The results of the drills are evaluated for their effectiveness.
