Cooper Independent School District Board of Trustees approved the new upcoming 2018-2019 school calendar and holidays. Calendar example “B” was selected and approved. Spring Break will be late in March to coordinate with Texas A&M University in Commerce.
School will begin on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018. Christmas holiday will be from Dec. 24-Jan. 4, and Spring Break will be March 18-22, 2019. Graduation will be Friday, May 24, 2019 at 7 p.m.
It was unanimously approved.
The Board will meet again on Monday, April 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Administration building located at 350 West McKinney Street in Cooper.
