Texas Senators Oppose, Area Reps. Stay Mum on Family Separations

The Texas Tribune asked every Texas member of Congress whether they support the Trump administration’s zero tolerance policy that is separating families at the U.S./Mexico border.

The state’s  two Republican senators, Jon Cornyn and Ted Cruz, said no. U.S. Reps. From Districts 4 and 5 – John Ratcliffe and Jeb Hensarling, respectively – did not answer.
