Rural Property And Home Values Soaring; Cost Of Lumber, Too

Dr. Dale Funderburk, Northeast Texas economist and long-time Texas A&M-Commerce economics professor, reflects on news that the value of rural property and homes in Texas is soaring.  Rural property values in Texas are up 37 percent in the past year.  But lumber prices are going up just as rapidly.
