GREENVILLE - Phillip A. Martin has announced his candidacy for the office of Hunt County Precinct 3 Commissioner.
Martin, of Greenville, served in the same position from 2000-2008. He is seeking the republican nomination for the March 6 Primary.
Martin is a graduate of Celeste High School and attended East Texas State University.
He’s served as a DPS Trooper and is currently a member of the Executive Board for Hunt County Alliance for Economic Development, as well as President of the Wieland Community Crime Watch.
