Crisis Center seeking additional funding

By Brad Kellar

Greenville – A local agency which helps victims of abuse is in need of its own help.

The Crisis Center of Northeast Texas - which serves residents of Hunt, Rains and Rockwall counties - provides victims of sexual assault, child abuse or other offenses with crisis intervention, information, referrals and advocacy services.

With offices in Greenville, the Center is seeking additional funding from the City, having recently lost thousands of dollars in federal funding and a major grant.
