Paris – A Paris woman is arrested on charges of abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return.
23-year-old Anabel Martinez allegedly left three children inside a car unattended while she went inside the Wal-Mart to shop. Police were called to the scene at around 11 p.m. Monday.
Each child was less than six years of age, and had reportedly been in the car by themselves for several minutes.
