Greenville – Renovation plans valued at $1 million for Greenville's Graham Park are nearly complete.
Parks and Recreation Director Colby Van Gundy says the design could be ready by as early as mid-August, with construction by early 2012.
An agreement with La Tera Studio, Inc. was reached last October for the work on the project. The city received a $500,000 grant from the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife for the renovation effort, which includes a $500,000 match.
Improvements will include fountains, a fishing pier, a disk golf course and splash park.
