Greenville – An East Texas man is expected to become the third to plead guilty to an alleged oil fraud scheme in Fannin County which cost investors hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Donald Joseph Dean would join Kevin Hayes and Michael Day Lamont if he in fact enters the guilty plea during a Wednesday hearing in Hunt County.
One suspect has been convicted in the case, while another man has had the charges against him dropped in exchange for a plea bargain and a fifth suspect has a warrant out for his arrest.
