Voters served by two area school districts and citizens of one Hunt County city will also be voting during the November 6th General election.

Residents served by the Boles and Cumby independent school districts will be voting for their boards of trustees, and voters in West Tawakoni will be casting ballots for their city council on November 6th.

The entities chose to move their elections this year from May to November so as not to conflict with the rescheduled political party primary elections. Friday is the first day to apply for a ballot by mail, October 9 is the final day to register to vote in the election. Early voting for the November 6 balloting is scheduled between October 22 and November 2.
