Street art on display at France's "TAG" exhibition

The verdict is out on whether graffiti is art, or vandalism, but enthusiasts in Paris, France recently celebrated the intensely hued street art at the first annual TAG Graffiti Exhibit.

Graffiti traces it roots back to New York some 40 years ago, but the phenomenon has spread around the world. Mary learned much about the French response during her visit to the TAG exhibit.
