Kimberly Dunn

Kimberly Dunn has come a long way since marching as a saxophone player with the A&M Fightin' Texas Aggie Band in College Station. After graduating in 2011 on her 23rd birthday, Dunn devoted herself fully to her budding music career and released her debut EPs.

Recent features on Texas Music TV, and her latest single High Horse, are keeping Kimberly's name on the forefront of Texas music. Her next full-length record is expected to release in late 2016, and she can be found at tour stops across Texas and beyond. Kimberly Dunn opens for music legend Tanya Tucker in Greenville on March 18th- one of many topics she was excited to speak about during her live chat with Matt Meinke on Notably Texan.

More about the artist can be seen on her website.

Notably Texan airs weekdays from Noon - 3 pm on KETR.

Born in Dallas, Texas, Matt moved to the Sulphur Springs area in 1990 and settled in Commerce shortly thereafter. Having dreamed of working in radio since childhood, he began working at KETR while taking Radio-Television courses at Texas A&M University-Commerce in 1993. Matt has transitioned from a part-time worker and pupil of KETR, to the station’s Chief Announcer/Producer and supervisor of student broadcasters. A familiar voice of 88-9 KETR, Matt has hosted such shows as The Late Nite Lion, and can currently be heard as host of Notably Texan.
