Helene Cronin with Matt Meinke at Notably Texan Headquarters.

Helene Cronin's album Old Ghosts and Lost Causes culminates 15 years of experience as a songwriter and performer into a wonderfully eclectic collection of songs

After practicing her craft for more than a decade in both Texas and Nashville, and branching out from recording strictly Christian music, The 2018 Kerrville New Folk Winner hits the mark with an outstanding band and powerful songwriting throughout the new record. Cronin visited with Notably Texan to discuss her musical path, her belief in making albums rather than singles, and the process of making her latest.
