COMMERCE (ketr) - A Texas A&M University-Commerce student has been cited with disregarding a stop sign which led to him hitting a university employee with his vehicle Wednesday morning.
Commerce Police Chief Kerry Crews says 60-year-old Dale Arrington was transported to Hunt Regional Community Hospital. Crews says he suffered no broken bones and no serious injuries.
Arrington was walking along South Neal Street from the Whitely Hall parking lot to the maintenance area around 7:51 a.m. when he was struck by a ton pickup driven my 18-year-old Juan Trejo.
