All leads exhausted in search of theft suspect

RENO - Lamar County Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in locating Amanda Akin Smith, wanted by Reno authorities for theft of nearly $80,000.

Smith is alleged to have embezzled the money from where she was formerly employed in the city.

At this time all investigative leads have been exhausted. 

Smith is a white female about 5’7”- 5’8” tall, 190- 220 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Smith was last known to be driving a blue Dodge Avenger Texas license plate number CV9-L894.
