Texas Governor and Republican Presidential hopeful Rick Perry is shifting his view on abortion. Perry had previously stated that abortion was acceptable in cases of rape, incest, or when the mother’s life was at risk; but now Perry tells Iowa caucus-goers that he opposes abortion of any kind, even after rape or incest.
