A guilty plea is scheduled for a Commerce man in connection with an April shooting incident in the city. Christopher Shawn Luckey was indicted last June on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of deadly conduct. Luckey is scheduled to plead guilty to one or more charges during a Wednesday hearing in the 196thDistrict Court. Luckey was alleged to have shot a firearm in the direction of a vehicle while being aware the vehicle was occupied.
