PARIS - A 63-year-old man has been arrested by Lamar County authorities for indecency with a child by sexual contact.
David Paul Switzler was taken into custody in Paris on Monday.
The Police Department’s public information officer, Curtis Garrett, says Switzler’s arrest was the result of an investigation that began after the alleged victim came forward. The age of the child was not given.
