GREENVILLE - The Hunt County Grand Jury recently handed down the formal charge against Christopher Bernard Alex, in what authorities say was related to a domestic violence incident.
No hearing dates had been set. According to Commerce Police, the incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 100 block of Maple Avenue on October 11.
The indictment against Alex says he previously served a term in prison for a 2003 armed robbery and possession of a prohibitive weapon.
