HOPKINS COUNTY - A Texarkana man is in custody after a high speed chase over the weekend that began in Hopkins County.
48-year-old Billy Lynn McDonald attempted to flee a Cumby Police Officer and Hopkins County Deputy on chase along westbound Interstate 30. McDonald was eventually stopped in Hunt County.
He told authorities he fled because of an outstanding warrant. His bond is set at $10,000.
