New Chancellor receives warm community welcome
COMMERCE - Texas A&M University System Chancellor John Sharp fielded questions during a public forum Thursday as part of a day filled with campus tours and meetings with A&M-Commerce administrators and students.
The 1972 A&M graduate took over as chancellor in September. He leads the 19-member system, which has an annual budget of $3.3 billion and enrollment topping 120,000.
