PARIS - A Paris man has turned himself in on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Crime Information Officer Curtis Garrett says Tramaine Jarrod Kellum reported to the Paris Police Department Tuesday.
A felony warrant had been issued for the 26-year-old, in connection to an incident on Sunday. That day, a victim underwent treatment at a hospital for multiple stab wounds.
