GREENVILLE - A compromise has been reached concerning a busy intersection in Greenville following a Wednesday meeting among business leaders, city and transportation officials.
Complaints had recently been received regarding how motorists traveling along Kari Lane cannot turn left onto Wesley St. and how motorists traveling northbound on Wesley cannot turn left onto Kari.
Greenville Area Engineer Tammy Simms says there’s a possibility of returning a working signal at Kari Lane, which now only has a solid red signal light, to allow for a left turn onto Wesley St. However, she saw no way to return a left turn from northbound Wesley onto Kari.
