SULPHUR SPRINGS - Hopkins County District Attorney Martin Braddy has announced his office will seek the death penalty in an April 2011 strangling.
43-year-old Brian Allen Tucker of Mesquite is charged with capital murder in the case of Bobby Riley. Tucker is also alleged to have stolen musical instruments from Riley’s home in Community of Mahoney.
Tucker reportedly turned down the offer of a plea bargain that would have given him life in prison without parole.
