Location of former Woodgrain facility just off S.H. 66 southwest of Greenville

GREENVILLE - On Wednesday, the Board of Development heard from officials with Total Equipment and Service who say they plan to use the former  Woodgrain Millwork facility for logistics, purchasing and as a warehouse.

The Granbury-based company provides materials to the oil and gas industry.

And with the Board’s approval of a letter of intent to sell 17 acres adjacent to the building, Total Equipment and Service could choose to build a manufacturing facility in about two years. The company’s Craig Gillentine says they’re also interested in purchasing 21 acres across the road from the plant along Enterprise Drive just off S.H 66.

Last July, Woodgrain Millwork announced they would move its entire production of aluminum-clad swinging and sliding patio doors to Iowa, taking five dozen jobs.
