MEMPHIS - A father is arrested and amber alert cancelled after two children from McKinney were found in the man’s possession Sunday in Memphis.
KTVT-TV reports that jail records show that 44-year-old Craig Allen Guresh was arrested in January and bonded out for doing the same thing.
Police said Kaitlyn and Camren, ages 10 and 14 respectively, willingly crawled out of a window and left with their father Friday night. They had been missing since, and authorities issued an Amber Alert.
Guresh and his ex-wife had been undergoing divorce proceedings since 2008.
