PARIS - An investigation by Paris Police has revealed a child that was struck by a vehicle while on his bicycle was attempting to cross the street.
The five-year-old boy was listed in stable condition at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas as of Tuesday afternoon, according to Public Information Office Curtis Garrett. A witness first notified authorities of the accident, which occurred at around 4:30 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of NE 17th Street.
Garrett said Tuesday no charges are being filed at this time.
