GREENVILLE - Sheen Michel Lytle of Kaufman will spend eight years in prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter.

As part of a plea deal, charges of murder and criminally negligent homicide were dismissed.  Lytle reportedly told officers she stabbed Mickey Cupp in the head with a kitchen knife following an argument.

Deputies said Lytle appeared to be intoxicated upon arrival at the scene of the crime, which occurred at a residence on CR 3511.
