A woman locked in a burning vehicle had to be extricated by Hopkins County emergency personnel early Thursday morning.
A law enforcement official tells KETR it was unclear if the fire was the result of an accident. He says the unidentified victim was flown to Medical Center of Plano and was in stable condition.
Crews responded to the scene at around 4:19 a.m. along County Road 3535, just off of Interstate 30 near Saltillo.
