Severe Weather Hits Region

Wednesday night brought "bi-polar" weather - in a sense - to the region with severe weather throughout Wednesday evening and into Wednesday night and then was followed by cold temperatures and windy conditions.

Multiple severe thunderstorm warnings were issued throughout the evening with some storms posing a threat of 70 mph wind gusts.

Multiple reports of trees down in Kaufman county and of Christmas decorations being torn from houses in Greenville were reported.

Thankfully no injuries have been reported.

If you have any pictures from Wednesday night's storm, you can send them to daniel@ketr.org.

Stay safe!
