This Saturday, Oct. 25 Modern Woodmen of America is sponsoring the national campaign Make a Difference Day in Cooper.
Diane Stegall with Modern Woodmen is encouraging the citizens of Cooper to donate warm hats, gloves/mittens, blankets and hooded jackets to the Spirit of Giving to be held in December.
Stegall is accepting donations at her office located at 205 W. Dallas Avenue (across from the court house) this Friday, Oct. 24 between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
“Please ‘make a difference’ in your community my donating to the Spirit of Giving,” added Stegall.
