Hunt County United Way taking applications from non-profit organizations

Frances Dalbey, the executive director of the Hunt County United Way, says it is accepting applications from non-profit organizations to receive financial assistance from the United Way in 2016.  Also, the United Way is conducting a community-needs survey, with a link to a questionnaire on its website.
