Foster parents face unique challenges; number of children in foster care declines

Lori Cope, the executive director of CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates for children in foster care), discusses the challenges that foster parents face.  Lori says at last count there were 166 children in foster care in Hunt County, which is considerably less than normal.
