Commerce Chamber of Commerce manager Paul Voss says the city of Commerce should enforce codes on vacant downtown buildings. Voss recently spoke to the City Council about the issue, and will go before the council again soon to discuss the situation. He says, as an example, he was nearly hit in the head by a falling brick from a vacant building recently.
