Hunt County United Way executive director Frances Dalbey says the organization's office have moved from downtown Greenville further west to the Senior Center Resources and Public Transportation headquarters at 4912 Lee Street. And Frances encourages civic groups and social organizations to adopt a charity for the holidays.
