Free Exercise Program Offered at Senior Center

The Area Agency on Aging is sponsoring a free exercise class called: Tai Ji Quan – moving for better balance. Everyone is invited to participate in this program.

The benefits of this exercise class are improving muscle strength, balance, flexibility and mobility and reduce risk of falling.

The class instructed by Marilyn Reed starts on Monday, Feb. 29 at 10 a.m. at the Cooper Senior Center at 221 E. Bonham Street, Cooper, Texas.
