Hunt Regional Emergency Centers Serve Where Needed Most

Kim Saenz, director of the Hunt Regional Emergency Centers in Commerce and Quinlan, reflects on an article about the growth of free-standing emergency centers.  But Kim says the facilities in Commerce and Quinlan are different from many of them, in that they tend to be for-profit facilities located in upscale suburban areas, whereas the local facilities are run by the public Hunt Regional Healthcare system and are located in the areas of greatest need.
