Cindy Roller, editor of the Cooper Review, says Miller's Drugs, doing business in Cooper since 1923, has closed. She says the Flower Patch, a florist shop, will continue to operate in the store in a few weeks. Cindy also says Paris Junior College is asking Delta County citizens to vote to allow the county to be added to PJC's taxing district. Hunt, Hopkins and Red River County would also be included, if voters approve in a vote November 8.
