The American Legion Red Henderson Post 483 will be placing flags at 14 Delta County cemeteries starting at 9 a.m. this Saturday, May 27, 2017.
Post members and volunteers from the public are encouraged to meet at the flag pole at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, Texas for a meeting before dispersing the flags the Post has provided. Post Commander Gary Thompson hopes to have a good turnout of volunteers for this annual event.
