Dr. Dale Funderburk, Texas A&M-Commerce economics professor, reflects on recent articles emphasizing the importance of the U.S. Mexico Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA) on the Texas economy.  Reports this week say a bi-partisan agreement has been reached in Congress on the trade deal.
