TV station KTXD in Greenville has been sold by London Broadcasting.
An FCC filing shows the station was sold to Baltimore-based Cunningham Broadcasting for $9.5 million. Cunningham is an affiliate company under Sinclair Broadcasting Group.
The transaction is subject to FCC approval.
