KETR broadcasts its signal from a 100,000-watt FM transmitter in Commerce.

KETR's terrestrial broadcast signal remains off the air due to an equipment failure at the station's transmitter in Commerce. Staff are in the process of securing replacement parts and repairs will be made as quickly as possible. As soon as we have a timetable for the estimated restoration of our signal, the station will make that information public.

Regular programming continues as usual and is available at this website through the "Listen Live" option at the top of this page. KETR staff regret this interruption of our broadcast signal and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the matter as soon as we are able.

Mark Haslett served as KETR's News Director from February 2013 to June 2025. During his tenure the station's news operation enjoyed an increase in listener engagement and audience metrics, as well recognition in the Texas AP Broadcasters awards and a National Edward R. Murrow award.
