Rape suspect wanted in Fannin County

A Fannin County man is wanted by the Fannin County Sheriff's Department, after removing his ankle monitoring device.

Emilio Trejo Martinez was released on bail pending trial for alleged aggravated sexual assault. His ankle  monitor was found on a roadside in McKinney Monday evening.

Martinez is thought to be driving one of two trucks. A red 2000 Ford pick-up with TX license plates: 3RF-K30, or a 2003 Ford F-150 with TX license plates: 8DC-B37.
